We spent the weekend in Memphis going to the Redbird vs Cardinal exhibition game. This was a great game. We had never gotten to go to one down there. We sat in between home plate and the Cardinal dugout two rows up. What great seats. I could literally whisper and the players could hear. It was a great day.
Dekan loved Rocky (Redbird mascot) and Rocky really liked Dekan too.
Dekan spent about 20-30 minutes out on the field eating the attention up!
The lack of people there was kind of crazy. This was about the fourth inning.
Not only did Dekan have a great time out on the field, he got the line up card from the dugout from Joe Pettini. He also got autographs from Larussa, Ankiel and Rasmus. Dekan actually knew Ankiel and when he signed his baseball Dekan said Look Daddy it is Ankiel! Ankiel got a big smile on his face. 
That night we ordered pizza and went back to the hotel to play in the pool and watch Bolt that the kids didnt know we had picked up. Oh and Kaylie had been begging me to paint my fingernails since I had painted her toenails a couple of days earlier, so she got to do that as well.
We went to the Children's Museum and the Zoo the following day. We went ahead and got a family pass for the year from the Zoo so I am sure this is isnt the last time you will see pics from there.
