Another one in the books.

Well I did it. Made it another year. I'm 27 this year. Maybe starting next year will be the year that I know longer will tell my age. Or maybe Daron will say it is when you get in your 30s? hehehe. I got up this morning way too early to two kids and their daddy that was excited about something or another to only realize that it was about me. Glenn had to work today and should be getting home soon. Sitting at the breakfast table this morning with the two kids I got to thinking about everything that happened this past year. Doesn't take to much to get me emotional anymore. What a great year I had! Kaylie was born 11 days into the new one for me. I got a surprise visit from Daron and Nikki to see her and our family. We had a wonderful Christmas that was also spent with Daron and Nikki. We went to Clute, TX to move Glenn's parents up here for the New Year. Dekan turned two. We celebrated our five year anniversary in London with Daron and Nikki. Went to Paris. Celebrated Glenn's birthday in Dublin. Started back to school. Spent July 4th in St. Louis. Spent the next week and a half with Glenn's sister and family and now today. Not many years of your life can look back on and say every part of that year was a good year. No highlights of pain or death to make a major headline. I'm thankful for that.

Next weekend we will be having Kaylie's first birthday party :) My little princess is turning one! Life goes by so quickly. Glad that I marked one year as a very fulfilling year :)
