Well baby checkup

Kaylie went to the doctor this morning to get shots and regular checkup. Our "little" one is 28 inches and 22 pounds now. Not so little for a one year old :) She got her little finger pricked and then four shots on top of that. She whimpered only for a second and that was it. Dekan spent the night last night with my parents since her appointment was at 9 and they always go to Cindy's to eat on Wednesdays if they get a chance. Seemed like he had a good time. Gave me a chance for some much needed studying and Glenn went to bed as soon as Kaylie did so I am sure he was grateful as well. Kaylie did ask for Dekan this morning during breakfast and Dekan got a big kick out of taking all of her bandaids off when she got home. He said "Mommy, I take Kaylie's boo boos for her" How sweet is that? I can guarantee that he wouldnt of taken the shots though :)
