Random happenings...

Well, we purchased bikes, helmets and carriers for the kids. We are really enjoying getting out and being with them, but still doing something for ourselves and together. Eventually we would like to ride to mom and dads. Thats a ways though and we are going to wait until it is cooler. Kaylies helmet by no means fits so we are in the process of ordering another for her.

Funny story about the fingerprints. A little two-year-old was eating ketchup and chicken and was told to stay in his seat and finish eating and then we would watch LazyTown (show for little ones). I went to the bathroom and miraculously there was 5 little fingertip prints in ketchup on the carpet. ??? He said, "My not for sure if those are mine or Kaylies momma." I just said me neither and took a picture. Guess we wont have that problem forever.

Got out the big bouncing gym the other day for the first time this summer. Kaylie seemed to like it. It was her first time out in it. She has been taking more steps lately and the other day Dekan pushed the couch cushion off and she was at the right height to climb onto the couch for the first time. She moved it enough the other night to climb up there and sit by Glenn during a game. He just looked at me like when did she learn that. She is growing way to fast. Guess we will be celebrating a birthday before we know it.

He got in bed with us the other morning and this is a picture Glenn took while getting ready for work. I had no idea. Little booger takes up half the bed.

And lastly we took the kids to their first matinee, Kung fu Panda. Not as funny as I thought it might be, but he loved it! We recruited grandparents to help us wrangle both of them, but we didnt need it of course. They seemed to really enjoy getting to see Dekan oh and ah over everything. I only took pictures before the movie of course and Dekan was excited about the advertisements playing just as much as the movie :)
